Describe yourself
A passionate member of the Lara community, having lived in the town for
more than 40 years. Balance a busy professional life at the TAC with council
duties and raising a family. Also a longstanding community volunteer, most
recently as Secretary of Lara United FC. I love the Windermere and Greater Geelong community and enjoy making
decisions to get our region continuously moving forward.
Why did you run for council?
To advocate
strongly for the people of the north to ensure we receive an equal share of
funding and services, and to help the Council deliver value for money for all ratepayers. I wanted to be part of a council that behaves with the highest levels of
professionalism and integrity.
Top three areas of focus during your term
- Deliver and advocate for a Geelong Regional
Soccer Stadium
- Improvement in the City’s planning framework
- Ensuring the Windermere ward continues to
thrive with investment and services
What does a ‘clever and creative’ Geelong region mean to you?
Working together to deliver a future for our region that’s even brighter
than our proud history.
Favourite thing about Greater Geelong?
The optimism of our hard working, resilient people of the north, and as
an A-League fan, watching Western United home games at Kardinia Park!
