Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey

Each year the Victorian Government undertakes a survey on behalf of all local councils to measure the community’s perception of our performance over the past 12 months.

The Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey involves 400 telephone interviews, conducted by an independent research agency.

If you receive a phone call, we encourage you to take this opportunity to provide your feedback on how we’re performing.

All responses and details remain confidential and are not shared with the City – we only see the overall results.

If you have any questions, please contact us or go to statewide survey.
