Issues/requests reported by third parties
We receive requests via non City of Greater Geelong forms and applications.
We cannot guarantee that requests received from third parties will be actioned where:
- The request is incorrectly addressed;
- The request does not contain complete or correct information; and/or
- The safety of the software application cannot be verified.
We are unable to notify you when these third party requests can't be actioned and we encourage our customers to always report issues to the City directly via our contact form or call us on 03 5272 5272.
