Protection of the Public Report and Consent form

Precautions must be taken out before and during building work (authorised under a building permit) in order to protect the safety of the public as prescribed in the Building Regulations 2018, Regulation 116 Protection of the Public.

The appointed building surveyor will determine whether protection of the public applies to the specific building project.

Once the Protection of the Public Report and Consent is obtained then an application for a Street Occupation Permit can be made.

Please complete the attached application.
