Register a group for community bus use

Before you can hire one of our Community Buses, you will need to register your group/organisation with us.

 You need to register your group with Council in order to be eligible for community bus hire.

You will need to provide group/organisation details including:

  • name, postal address, residential address and other contact information
  • description of group
  • group incorporation number.

Before submitting your online form, a committee representative or your organisation manager needs to read and agree to the Community Bus Hire Agreement Declaration.
