Our Christmas in Geelong 2023 program is live!
No Christmas in Geelong is complete without experiencing our Floating Christmas Tree Sound and Light Show at the Geelong Waterfront. Opening Night will be a huge affair on Saturday 11 November 2023. A special thanks to our Christmas tree sponsor, GeelongPort.
The team at GeelongPort provides safe storage and assembly space every year. Their assistance is essential.
Other family favourites return including the Projections on City Hall, Letters to Santa, our Giant Selfie Trail with 20+ locations, our popular competitions and the School Christmas Trees in Johnstone Park.
We are pleased to share that our popular free Santa Pet Photos will be returning, as will Music and Storytelling with Grany Lee. Watch Home Alone at Christmas at the Shed and try some sporty Christmas fun at our pools or at Balyang Par 3. There will also be workshops, window displays and events for 18+ too!

While you’re enjoying the festive spirit, you can take advantage of the chance to shop locally for unique gifts to support small businesses in our region. They’ve been busy stocking their shelves to make this Christmas special for everyone.
