and sustainable online business are invited to a workshop the City is hosting
at Geelong’s civic precinct Wurriki Nyal.
Delivered by Melbourne Innovation as part of the Australian
Government-funded Digital Solutions program, Fraser Baker from Geelong business Propeld
Agency will talk
attendees through a range of topics on Thursday 6 June between 9.30am-12.30pm.
‘Selling Online
- How to Create a Sustainable Online Business’ will cover learning how to drive
targeted traffic through various channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and
referrals, measuring success with tools like Google Analytics and value
propositions.
Fraser will
dive into engagement strategies, crafting compelling brand stories and
leveraging social proof to captivate your audience.
The workshop
will explore conversion optimisation techniques, such as effective calls to
action, smart pricing strategies and seamless checkout processes, as well as
the keys to customer retention through loyalty programs, personalised communication,
and leveraging reviews and feedback.
