You can report a lost or stolen commercial waste bin, query a commercial waste invoice or cancel a commercial waste service by completing the following steps.
When you report a commercial waste collection issue, you will need to:
- describe the issue (always quote your account number):
- lost or stolen bins: type and size of bin missing (recycling, rubbish or both)
- invoice query: include the name on your account and the invoice number
- cancelling a service: advise the date your service is to be cancelled
- provide the location of the issue - you may prefer to select the address by dragging the map marker
- attach an image if necessary
- provide your company name
- tell us your name
- provide your contact email or phone.
Report a commercial waste collection issue
For reports of lost or stolen bins or cancelling your service, our Commercial Waste Collection Supervisor who will contact you in the next 24 hours.
For queries on your account, we will contact you within the next 48 hours.
