Weather, cancellations & transfers
Weather is an inherent risk associated with an outdoor market.
- Fees will not be refunded if weather impacts any market date.
- Additionally, fees will not be refunded if any other circumstances affect the ability for a stallholder to not attend a booking, or if a stallholder cancels their booking.
Requests to transfer bookings may only be requested prior to 4pm each Friday before market dates.
Notification and requests made after 4pm on each Friday before market dates (including on Saturdays and Sunday market days), will not be accepted.

Food and beverage vendors
Food and beverage vendors are not permitted to book online.

Make a booking
