LiveWell is a health and fitness program designed specifically for our members aged 55 years+ or those with a pre-existing medical condition*.
When you sign up to participate in LiveWell, you will have a personalised gym program designed especially for you by one of our professional and supportive instructors.
You will be encouraged to work at improving your fitness at a comfortable pace in a fully supervised and friendly environment.

Step 1: Membership
If you’re not already a member with us, speak to reception at your preferred centre to discuss which membership option is right for you: Adult, Concession or Active Adult.
*Please note that you must be a member to participate in LiveWell.
Step 2: Medical clearance
Collect a Statement of Medical Clearance for Exercise Form from Reception at your preferred centre and take to your GP for completion.
Step 3: Assessment and orientation
Your assessment will take around one hour as staff carefully consider your needs and current health and wellbeing. From this session, your personalised program will be designed.
You will need to hand in your Statement of Medical Clearance for Exercise form at this appointment.
Step 4: Program schedule
Discuss and agree with your LiveWell Instructor what your ongoing program will consist of and what your training days and times will be.
Current group times for most centres are between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays with a variety of sessions on offer.
