Please note that the pool is busiest between the following times:
- Between 4:00pm and 6:30pm Monday to Thursday nights during school terms.
- During Aqua classes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings between 8:00am and 9:00am.

- Monday: White Water session 8:00am; Deep Water session 7:00pm
- Tuesday: Gentle Aqua session 8:00am

- Thursday: Gentle Aqua session 8:00am
- Friday: White Water session 8:00am; White Water session 9:00am
- Sunday: Movement Unlimited session 9:15am
