To amend PP-1380-2015 to remove the emergency only restriction from the door located on Bellarine Street and allow this door to be utilised as an alternative entrance and exit to the venue. This includes deleting condition 1G) which states external access to the gaming area must be from the bar and bistro entrance located on Fyans Street.
