We are concerned about your safety

Prior to class commencement, please inform the instructor if you:
- are new to the class;
- are pre/post natal;
- are returning from injury, illness or absence;
- have any questions or concerns.
This enables the instructor to be able to provide you with advice and appropriate modifications/alternatives. The instructor has a duty of care to provide patrons with safe and effective exercises, all modifications are expected to be adhered to.

Please ensure that you arrive on time and stay for the duration of the class. The warm up and cool down sections are important and should not be overlooked. Entry will not be permitted beyond the start time of each class, anyone late to a class will be denied entry.

For your child's safety, we do not allow children under the age of 12 years in group exercise rooms (except for children/student programs). And we do not allow children under the age of 10 years old to participate in Aqua Aerobics classes.

All participants are to bring a towel and water to each class. Wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes.

It's your workout. Work at your own pace and don't try to keep up with the class if it is too advanced.

Not sure where to start? Allow our friendly staff to find the right classes to suit your needs and goals.
