Apply for a Permit to Burn

An Application form needs to be submitted to obtain a Permit to Burn at all times throughout the year for any burning off.

To obtain an application form you can:

When completing the application form you will need to tell us:

  1. Applicant details and contact information
  2. Property where burn-off is proposed including specific details
  3. Type of vegetation required to be burnt
  4. Estimated dates and times for the burn-off for a single burn
  5. If single or multiple burn-offs are proposed

Your completed application form must be submitted for consideration with our Fire Prevention Unit either by post, fax or email.
