The Potato Shed boasts a range of quality performance and rehearsal spaces, including a black box theatre, studios, practice rooms, green room, dressing rooms, foyer, box office and kitchen.
- Black Box Theatre (Measurements: 13.5m x 15m)
Our theatre includes a sprung wooden floor with 250 chairs, pro-stage movable seating bank, 24-channel lighting desk and a full band PA system. This room is ideal for theatre productions, concerts, seminars / information sessions and also for private functions.
- CCP Multi Purpose Room
This is a carpeted room with 30 chairs, 9 trestle tables and a permanent 12-channel sound desk. This room is ideal for band rehearsals, meetings and seminars.
- Jongleurs Dance Studio
Our dance studio features a sprung wooden floor with mirrors and three-phase power. This room is ideal for dance tuition.
- Music Lab (Contains 15 keyboards, desks and chairs)
The room is ideal for music lessons and can also be used for community classes and seminars.
- Practice Rooms
Three carpeted rooms which are ideal for individual instrumental tuition.
FOR HIRE
Many of the Potato Shed’s facilities are available for hire to the public.
You can hire our Theatre, Multi-Purpose Room, Jongleurs Dance Studio, kitchen facilities and technical equipment on a casual basis.
Different rates apply for not-for-profit groups, private functions and local bands, and all hire is subject to availability.
