Tickets sales to an event at the Geelong Arena will vary depending on the type of event. Please see the specific event page for details on purchasing tickets.

Geelong Supercats tickets, can be purchased from the Supercats office. Please call 03 5277 1711 or visit their office at the Arena.

The Geelong Arena does not have Ticketmaster or Ticketek facilities. Please visit the Ticketmaster or Ticketek web site for further information.

Conventions and Expos

The Geelong Arena's diverse facilities are ideal for trade shows, exhibitions and expo events.

With over 3,000 square meters of exhibition space, briefing rooms, function and catering facilities, the venue can transform into any floor plan configuration your event requires.

The venue has hosted the following:

Functions

The Geelong Arena’s function Room provides quality dining and bar facilities, for groups of any size up to 300.

The Arena’s Auditorium and Annex has the ability to host functions and gala events for between 500 – 1500 guests.

You can select your catering options with the friendly Geelong Arena staff. Flexibility is provided to ensure the catering is tailored to your budget either through in-house or external catering.

Sports Events

The Arena hosts many high class sporting events and regular Victoria Basketball games.

The venue comprises four purpose built basketball courts, one being the Showcourt.

The Arena has been host to prominent National and International competitions inclusive of;

• National Basketball League
• National Gymnastics Chamionships
• Australian Karate Championships
• Australian Basketball Association finals
• National Darts Championships

The Arena is also the "Home of Geelong Basketball" with the Geelong Supercats and Geelong Amateur Basketball Association as major tenants.

Concerts and Live Entertainment

Recent live concerts at the arena have been Suzi Quatro, Jimmy Barnes, Kelly Clarkson, The Cat Empire and Shannon Noll.

The Arena Auditorium has 1500 reserved tiered seats, the capacity can be expanded to up to 2500 considering portable seats and/or standing room options.

An extensive range of sound and lighting options, all of which are to concert and/or television production standards can be accommodated.

Staging and drapes are erected on an event by event basis to suit your needs. We can also access or recommend appropriate technical contractors for production.

We have ample backstage facilities, including lounge, bar and other soft furnishings, providing an excellent area to relax pre-show, assemble the show performers or unwind after the encore performance.Two large dressing rooms adjoin this area with toilet, shower, heating and change room facilities.
