User registration is required to access certain online services. Registration ensures that council can correctly identify who you are and provide you with
correct information regarding your requests.

To enable full registration, please allow one working day from completion of the
registration form for processing.
This turnaround is to ensure that your details are accurate and complete, and that you can access correct information relating to your privacy.
You will receive a confirmation email once registration has been activated.

Registration will provide you with access to the following via My Account:
- View a list of Outstanding Payments
- Current Planning or Building Permits*
- View Status of your Service Requests
- Enable Submission of Land Information Certificates*
