Below is a list of the types of council payments you are able to make online. Please note that most payments require a credit card. 

Rate Payments

Make a full or part payment on your council rates.

You can make a payment online using Visa or MasterCard.
Minimum Payment amount is $5.00*

button What will you need

rates notice Before you make a payment online you will require a copy of your rates notice. Please have your 'Rates Number' ready which is located on your rates notice above your property address.

  • Receipts for online payments are not available, however you can either print the final screen or note down the details for future reference.

Pet Registration Renewal

Residents with a registered pet are able to renew pet registration online. For further information on registing a new pet or animal, please see New Pet Registration.

Animal Registration Renewal Notice You will require a copy of your Animal Registration Renewal Notice. Please find your 'Animal ID'(Number) which is located on the Notice.

Infringements/Fines

Payment must be made in full, and can only be made if the fine has not been referred to the courts for prosecution.

Infringment Notice You will require a copy of your Infringement Notice. Please find your Infingement number which is located on the notice. If it is a parking infringement you will also need the vehicle registration number from the notice.

Debtors/Invoices

Customers that have recived a statement from council can pay the full statement or an invoice payment online.

Statement You will require a copy of your council statement. Please find your account number which is located on the statement.

If you have received your infringement notice within the last 72 hours it may not be ready for payment online.
