The City of Greater Geelong is seeking feedback from residents regarding your impressions of and satisfaction with the City’s Mosquito Management Program.

Your feedback is extremely important to us. The information obtained from this survey will allow us to shape our Mosquito Management Program to better respond to the needs of the City’s residents and to help ensure our education program contains information relevant to the community.

The information collected in this survey is confidential and will be used in accordance with the Council’s Information Privacy Policy. Provision of personal information is optional. Contact the City’s privacy officer on 5227 0270 or go to www.geelongaustralia.com.au for more information.
