A Land Information Certificate contains all current valuations on the property including Site Value, Capital Improved Value
and the Net Annual Value, as well as the rates including arrears and interest. Some areas may also be declared prone to flooding
so this may also be on the Land Information Certificate.
This certificates informs you about the details of a property that you are purchasing so that when you become the owner,
all rates and charges are paid in settlement.

apply for a Land Information Certificate online.

What will you need
You will require your 'username' and 'password' to sign in to the system. (obtained via user registration)
Property Details
You will need to know the details of the property you are purchasing such as:
- the Lot and Subdivision numbers
- the street number and street name
- Volume and Folio numbers from the title
Once you have signed into the system, follow the onscreen instructions to find the specific property and request a certificate.
Upon completion you will receive a confirmation email.
