If the body of your bin has been damaged complete the following steps.

- Your name and contact details including phone number
- Your address
- Type of bin damaged (120 litre Red, 120 or 240 litre Green, or 120 or 240 litre Yellow)
- Damage to the bin
- How the bin may have been damaged
- When the bin may have been damaged
- Day of collection
- Current location of the bin eg on the naturestrip, in a laneway
Please leave the damaged bin near your letterbox until it is collected.
The replacement bin will be delivered within two working days.
