Apply to Amend a Planning Permit

Apply to amend a planning permit.

If you need to change any planning permit conditions or the approved plans after a permit has been issued, you can apply to us for an amendment to your permit.

Although you don't need to apply for a new permit, you will need to:
  1. discuss your amendment with a Planner prior to taking any of the following steps;
  2. download:
  3. lodge your application, along with a copy of title, full set of plans and fee:
    1. in person at any of our Customer Service Centres, or
    2. by mail to Statutory Planning, City of Greater Geelong, PO Box 104, GEELONG VIC, 3220.
