Report a Lost or Stolen Commercial Waste Bin
To report a lost or stolen commercial waste bin please complete the following steps.
When you contact our Customer Service Staff to report your stolen commercial bin, we will need to know:
- Your name and your Business Name (if relevant) and contact details
- Your account number
- Street address
- Type of bin missing - recycling or rubbish, or both
- The size of your missing bin/s
Our Commercial Waste Collection Supervisor who will contact you in the next 24 hours.
