Cancel a Commercial Waste Service
Please do the following to cancel a commercial waste collection service.
When you contact our Customer Service Team to cancel your commercial waste collection service, we will ask you:
- The name of your business
- Your account number
- The number of bins at your site
- The date when your service is to be cancelled
We will pass this information on to our Commercial Waste Collection Supervisor who will contact you within the next 24 hours.
