Set Up a Commercial Waste Account
You will need to contact us to arrange a commercial waste collection account.
Commercial waste collection accounts are avaialbe for businesses, schools and Not For Profit (NFP) organisations.
When you contact Customer Service, you will need to tell us:
- The property address for the collection
- The name of your business and contact phone numbers for your account
The Commercial Waste Collection Supervisor who will contact you in the next 24 hours.

Assist in tailoring a service to meet your commercial waste needs.
What you can do
- Place your bins out the night before your collection day
- Ensure your bin is not placed under a tree or other overhead obstructions and is at least one metre away from power poles, street signs or other objects that may hinder pick up
- Allow at least one metre between your bin and any parked cars
- Ensure your bin lid is closed and that the bin is not overfull
- Do not place extra items next to the bin as these cannot be collected
- Do not compress garbage
