Arrange Bins for New Residences
When you build a new house, unit or townhouse you will need to let us know so that we can deliver your waste bins to your property.
When you contact our Customer Service Team you will need to tell us:
- Your name
- Your contact details
- The address of your new residence
- When you will be moving in
Delivery should be within two to three working days and will only be to occupied premises.
Bins will be left on your nature strip for you to put away inside your property.
Ordering before you move in
You can order your bins two to three days before you move in.
We do not deliver until you move in because the bins may be stolen.
