Infringement Appeals - What is the process?

After your appeal is lodged you will receive a letter of acknowledgement.  This letter details the process to you and advises that while the appeal is being reviewed, you do not need to pay for your infringement.

The Ombudsman will review all information provided and respond to your appeal to advise the result in writing.

If your appeal is unsuccessful, you will be advised of a new due date for payment.
