Change My Animal/Pet Registration Details
You are able to change your details for any animal or pet registrations.
Your animal must be registered with us to use this service.
Moving within the City of Greater Geelong
If you're moving within our municipality, you can  Change Animal Registration Details Now.
You will need to tell us:
- Your name
- Your contact details
- Your animal/s details
- Has your animal passed away and if so which one and when?
- Has your animal moved residence?
- The new address for your animal/s
- Should we change your address too?
- Any further details relevant to your animal/s change of details
You may prefer to visit one of our Customer Service Centres or contact our Customer Service Team by phone with your account details to be changed.
Moving away from the City of Greater Geelong
Most municipalities will transfer your pet registration without requiring you to go through the new registration process it's wise to check with your new Council about their animal registration procedures.
Moving into the City of Greater Geelong
You must register your animal/s with us using our Animal Registration Form and providing all relevant documentation.
