There is an information kit to help you through the Multiple Animal Permit process.The kit includes:
- an information page
- an application form
- 5 neighbour consent forms
- a Statutory Declaration form
- a list of who can legally witness your Statutory Declaration
The Multiple Animal Permit information kit is also available from our Customer Service Team.
Your pets also need to be registered using our standard Pet Registration Form.
