Apply for an Asset Protection Permit
You must apply for an Asset Protection Permit prior to any works commencing.
As the permit is a duplicate form you, or your builder or contractor, will need to attend one of our Customer Service Centres.
Please make sure you have the following details handy:
- Property details such as:
- Lot number
- House number
- Street
- Suburb/Town
- Applicant name, phone number and postal address (including postcode)
- Owner, phone number and postal address (including postcode)
As the applicant, you must sign the form and pay the appropriate Permit Fee.
