Property Ownership Enquiries - Fencing
We can provide you with property ownership details of your adjoining neighbours for fencing purposes.
You can download the Adjoining Property Owners Information Request form to complete prior to calling into any of our Customer Service Centres for this information.
Alternatively, you may prefer to fax through your completed form together with a Payment by Credit Card form so that we can process your enquiry.
On the application form we will expect you to provide:
- Your name and address.
- If you are not the owner of the property to be fenced, proof that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- The address and other identifying details of the property to be fenced.
- Your signature confirming that this information will only be used to facilitate the fencing requirement.
- Your acknowledgement that we have informed you that this information can only be used for fencing (this all forms part of a declaration on the form you fill in).
There is a $8 fee to obtain this information.
Processing Time
We can provide the information on-the-spot at our Customer Service Centres or it can take between two and five working days if the form is faxed, mailed or e-mailed to us.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made using cash, cheque or credit card at our Customer Service Centres.
