Rates Payment Methods

You can pay your rates using a number of different methods.

Payment options include:

  1. Online using our Online Payments Service using credit card only - we accept Master Card or Visa


  2. By Direct Debit


  3. At any of our Customer Service Centres using:
    • cash
    • cheque
    • postal order
    • Visa or Mastercard
    • EFTPOS


  4. By phone using Australia Post Bill Pay on 131 816


  5. At any Post Office or Australia Post Agency using:
    • cash
    • cheque
    • EFTPOS


  6. Using BPay - contact your bank or financial institution (please refer to the back of your rate notice for more information)


  7. By mail - please send to:

  8. Using Centrepay - a direct debit option available via Centrelink
