When completing the application form you will need to tell us:
- Applicant details and contact information
- Property where burn-off is proposed including specific details
- Type of vegetation required to be burnt
- Estimated dates and times for the burn-off for a single burn
- If single or multiple burn-offs are proposed
Your completed application form must be submitted for consideration with our Fire Prevention Unit either by post, fax or email.
