Community Festivals Grants Acquittal Form (One-off and Development) 2011-2012
All Arts Projects and Festivals are required to submit an Acquittal Form at the completion of their activity.
This Acquittal Form is for Community Festivals Grants (One-off and Development) issued in the 2011-2012 grant rounds.
You can download and complete the form before returning to the Arts and Culture Unit (preferably by Email).
Triennial Festivals need to contact the Arts & Culture Unit on 03 5272 4703 to request the Triennial Acquittal Spreadsheet.
