Noise Schedule
Section 45A(8) of the Environment Protection Action defines noise as being unreasonable if certain items of equipment are audible in a habitable room of a neighbour's house outside of the prescribed hours.
This table specifies the items of equipment and prohibited hours under the Environment Protection (Residential Noise) Regulations 2008.
