Geelong Western Wedge Framework Document 2005
The Geelong Western Wedge Framework is a strategic planning document for the area of Central Geelong between the bay, Moorabool St, Ryrie St and Latrobe Terrace.
The area based around the railway station has been identified as the best location for higher density mixed use development. It contains Deakin University and Gordon TAFE college and will attract creative businesses, inner city residents and a vibrant cafe culture.
