Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Course
Swimming Victoria delivers the AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate course for candidates wishing to teach at pools throughout Australia.

The AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certificate course is delivered by a combination of home study, attendance at lectures and participation in practical activity sessions. The presentation of the course is complimented by use of a reference book and CD ROM and the exam is done online reducing the length of the course.

$390 Austswim Course & CPR Course

Prerequisites:
  • Candidates may enrol in an Austswim course at 16 years of age but are not eligible to receive an award until they are 17 years of age.
  • Candidates are required to have a reasonable level of fitness and swimming ability.
