Apply to become a Family Day Care Educator

You may apply online to become a Family Day Care Provider.

The application process for Family Day Care providers involves the following steps:

  • Online Application form 
  • Interview and assessment (written and oral)
  • Home safety check
  • National criminal record check, working with children check
  • Reference checks
  • Medical check
  • Vehicle restraint check
Once registered, an orientation session will be conducted.
