Footpaths - Who looks after reports on tree damage to a footpath?
Please contact our City Services Unit on 03 5272 4530 if you believe that our trees may be the cause of damage to footpaths in your area.

Damage to footpaths may include general maintenance of footpaths, such as potholes, rough surface, lifted or broken slabs, dislodged or loose bricks, and weeds growing through paths.

Overhanging Foliage Notice - What if I am unable to complete pruning in time?
If you receive a letter requesting pruning of overhanging foliage from your property and you are unable to complete the work in time, please contact the Tree Management Unit directly on 5272 4947 to discuss pruning timeframes.

Overhanging Foliage Notice - What should I do if I receive one of these?
We will send you a letter requesting that you do some pruning if there is overhanging foliage reported on your property. 

If after you receive the letter you still have questions, please contact our Tree Management Unit directly on 03 5272 4947 and we will assist you.

Trees - What do I do if there is an emergency after hours?
If an emergency arises after hours concerning a Council tree in a park or reserve, in a nature strip or in the street please contact After Hours Emergency Services.
