Precinct Structure Plan Guidelines

The Growth Areas Authority (GAA) has released Draft
Precinct Structure Planning Guidelines and these can be
found at www.gaa.vic.gov.au/PSPGuidelines/
The guidelines will be used to develop Precinct Structure
Plans in the Armstrong Creek Growth Area. It is expected
that the guidelines will be finalised by the GAA in April-
May.
