Greater Geelong Planning Scheme Amendment C214 East Precinct Development Contributions Plan Exhibition
Daily from 18 January 2011 to 21 February 2011
This amendment is required to implement the Armstrong Creek East Development Contributions Plan, November 2010 (ACEP DCP).
The ACEP DCP supports the funding of the following development infrastructure in Armstrong Creek East Precinct:
- Land acquisition
- Roads and Traffic management
- Trails
- Open Space
- Drainage
- Precinct Structure Plan and
- Development Contributions preparation
- Community Facilities
The ACEP DCP supports the funding of the following community infrastructure:
- The construction of the Major Activity Centre library and community complex.
