Greater Geelong Planning Scheme Amendment C206 and C207
The Premier of Victoria and the Minister for Planning announced on the 03 June 2010 the approval of 'Greater Geelong Planning Scheme Amendment C206' which provides for the future development of the "Armstrong Creek East Precinct" and 'Greater Geelong Planning Scheme Amendment C207 - which gives effect to the "Armstrong Creek Urban Growth Framework Plan (May 2010)" and the "Armstrong Creek North East Industrial Precinct, Precinct Structure Plan (May 2010)."
