Geelong Otway Tourism has four Visitor Information Centres strategically placed throughout the City of Greater Geelong. 130 enthusiastic local volunteer staff are allocated a minimum of four hours a week to assist visitors with information on our region.
 
Volunteers also assist in meeting and greeting visitors at major events and conferences and provide the first point of contact to up to 200,000 visitors to the centres annually.
