Where: Eastern Beach, Waterfront Geelong
Regular Swim Distances: 750m and 1500m
Kids Distances: 100m and 200m (see below)
Entries Close: Postal and On-line entries close 5pm Wednesday March 22 2007.
Race Day Entries: Accepted after 8am. |  |
Minimum Age Kids Distances:
100m - 6 to 10 years on the day... and only $5 to enter!
200m - 10 to 12 years on the day... and only $5 to enter!
Minimum Age Regular Distances:
750m - 12 years on the day
1500m - 16* years on the day.
Swim Start Times: 100m - 9.00am, 200m - 9.20am, 750m - 10.00am, 1500m - 11.00am
Marshalling at the start line begins 15 minutes before each race.
Kids! This is what you'll get if you swim in the 100m or 200m distances!
- A kids 2007 Geelong Open Water Swim Classic Official Certificate
- A Barwon Water Drink Bottle
- A Swimming Cap
- Your swim time posted on our web site.

(* persons under the age of 16 yrs may swim with parent/guardian approval as well as a letter of competence to swim from a qualified coach or swim captain)
