Amendment C141 Noble Street Newtown Panel Report

Amendment C141 proposes to rezone land at 194A Noble Street, Newtown, (land forming the eastern half of St. Josephs Oval) and Crown Allotment 2019 (a small parcel of land forming part of the Queens Road road reserve), from Public Park and Recreation Zone (PPRZ) to Residential 1 Zone (R1Z).

Following exhibition of the Amendment a number of submissions were received that were referred to an Independent Panel appointed by the Minister for Planning. The Panel hearing was held on 22 May 2009.

The recommendations of the Panel are contained in the Panel report.

Amendment C166

Amendment C166 proposes to re-zone land at 240 Bacchus Marsh Road, Corio from Residential 1 Zone (R1Z) to Business 3 Zone (B3Z), apply a new schedule to the land in the B3 zone, remove the Design and Development Overlay Schedule 14 (DDO14) from the land and apply a new Schedule 19 to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO19) to the land.
