The Leopold Structure Plan establishes a strategic framework to guide the growth and development of Leopold over the next ten to fifteen years. It replaces the 1990 Leopold Structure Plan and before that the 1978 Structure Plan, both prepared by the Geelong Regional Commission.
The Leopold Structure Plan was adopted by Council at its meeting on 28 March 2006 and is included as a reference document in the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme. Any further enquiries should be directed to the Strategic Planning Unit of the City of Greater Geelong.
