Licensed Premises

Smoking in now banned in indoor licensed premises. However, smoking is still permitted in an outdoor drinking or eating area providing the area meets requirements under the act and is not substantially enclosed or has less then 75% notational wall space. Signage must be displayed and located so that it can be seen upon entering the premises.
