Enclosed Workplaces

Under the Tobacco Act 1987 from 1 March 2006 smoking will be prohibited in most all enclosed workplaces whether or not the people working at the workplace are paid or are volunteers.
This now includes cafes, bingo centers, restaurants and other eating establishments.
