As you may be aware, it is a condition of Food Premises Registration that all Class 1 Premises are required to be independently audited by an accredited auditor at least once per annum. Click here for a list of approved Third Party Auditors .

Once a Third Party Audit has been carried out, the Certificate of Audit must be sent into Council as required by the Food Act 1984.
