Temporary Food Permits
Print View

A Temporary Food Permit must be obtained when Clubs, Associations, Charities or Registered Food Premises sell food off-site.  It should be noted that under the Food Act 1984 the sale of that b everages and alcohol  are also considered as Food and therefore require a temporary food permit.

Clubs and Charitable Groups that currently do not have a Registered Food Premise or their Food Safety Program does not incorporate off-site food sales will have to adopt the Events Food Safety Program Template click here.

Contact the Citys Environmental Health Department for a Temporary Food Application Form to be sent out or faxed to you.  Please contact us for further information
